Do you want to take your voice to the next level?

I offer vocal training for anyone who uses their voice: public speaking, acting, reading, singing, performing comedy, chanting, giving presentations at work, or in any other capacity. My lessons are relaxed and dynamic, covering all the basics of solid vocal technique: abdominal breathing, ribcage expansion, proper vowel onsets and conformations, the mechanics and practice of achieving forward focus, ease of shifting your voice between registers (including 'head voice' vs. 'belt voice’), proper release, posture/alignment, finding your natural speaking range, connecting speech and singing, emphasis on vowels vs. consonants to achieve various effects, and much more.

You will learn to trust in your own body as a vehicle of personal expression, and have so much fun doing it! I love working with singers of all ages, styles, and genres.  I am an intuitive, fun, and down-to-earth teacher who makes sure my students are enjoying their lessons, even when the subject matter is challenging.

I am now accepting students for both private or group instruction. Normal rates are $70/lesson for private instruction (but talk to me if you are experiencing financial difficulty). I recommend that new students purchase a 4-6 lesson package from me (see rates below), because after several consistent lessons your brain and body will really absorb all the information that will help you become a better singer, and allow your voice to open up and continue to improve even after the lesson package has ended. If you are interested in purchasing a package but want to have a trial lesson first, contact me for a discounted trial.

Group rates are $55/person per lesson, with package discounts available. Group lessons are great for beginners because you will all learn more quickly from watching each other learn.
